Preserving Your Record on Appeal and Practicing in the Appellate Courts

Please join the New Bedford/Fall RiverArea committee of the WBA and
Associate Justice Elspeth Cypher of the Appeals Court for a discussion
about practical tips for preserving your record on appeal in civil,
criminal and probate cases and practicing before the Single Justice and
Appeals Court. A question and answer period will follow the discussion and
light refreshments will be served.

Free CLE Talk on Breathalyzer Oct, 7, 2008 at 5 PM @ SNESL

Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at 5:00 p.m., Taunton attorney Thomas Workman, Jr., a national expert on the problems with using breathalyzer results as reliable evidence, will be speaking at the law school.

This event is being sponsored by the Alumni Association and attendance is FREE! I encourage everyone to come to what will surely be an interesting discussion and a great networking opportunity.
