CLE: New Trends and Laws Governing the Digital Age for Lawyers

May 20th: “New Trends and Laws Governing the Digital Age for Lawyers” from 12:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the law school, sponsored by the Alumni Association; the program will provide an overview of the digital evidence acquisition process and relevant legal issues including identity theft and security breaches of personal information, the federal and state government’s efforts to curb identity theft, and the regulations promulgated by the Office of Business and Consumer Affairs.
